Signature Required:
For your order security, we include a $3.00 surcharge to cover the cost of obtaining a recipients signature.
This means that the order must be signed for by the recipient.
You may avoid the $3.00 signature required surcharge by agreeing to accept responsibility for reciept of the order without signature.
in which case we are not responsible for lost orders.
To avoid the $3.00 signature surcharge fee, check the box in the delivery info form during the checkout process to indicate that you will accept the order without the need for a signature by the recipient.

Return Policy: Refunds are provided as long as the shoes have not been worn or damaged, and are returned in their original box.
Refunds do not include Freight and Signature Required charges which will be deducted from the customers credit card when requesting a refund.
$10.00 Freight will be deducted for the first pair and $3.00 more for each additional pair returned from the same order.
If the order included the $3.00 Signature Required Surcharge, that charge will also be deducted.
All returns must be sent directly to our Store in Pompano Beach Florida
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Code.

Customer will be responsible for the shipping charges that we encure on any refund.
Please refer to the Availability chart for each product.
Because we deal directly with the Manufacturers, we can also have most shoes shipped directly if we are out of stock on them.
We take special pride in keeping hard to find wide sizes in stock at all times.
